The Attendance Lists section features following functions:

• The select field on the left lets you filter the lists below to show a particular facility or all of them.
• The same can be done for agenda events, using the second select field.
• The Filter button will apply the filters selected in the fields above.
• The Export data button lets you download an XLS file containing the report of attendance for facilities and agenda events selected above.
• Every facility is represented by a table with its name as a header. Each table shows summaries of events assigned to the facility. Use buttons on the right to download reports for that event.

ATTENDANCE DURATION ANALYSIS
XLS reports with attendance lists can be configured to contain the information about the attendees present at that event, including entry and exit time, which lets you easily calculate total time spent at the agenda event!
