The templates you created and saved in the Edit PDF Template tab appear here as table rows.

• The first column contains Names of saved templates.
• The E-mail attachment tag column features buttons that copies a tag into the clipboard. Paste this tag into the content an e-mail and the system will attach a personalized PDF file based on this PDF template to that message.
• The column Printout at Reception Desk marks the template checked as the deafult template to be used at the Reception Desk to print ID badges.
• The Template background column contains the file name of the background you used to create the template.
• The column Created contains the timestamp of the file.
• The last column houses three icons that let you manage the records.
