PDF files are generated for groups of attendees created beforehand. The PDF file generated for a group of attendees is a multipage document - a page per attendee.

The interface includes:

• The Create group or select an existing group select - click the link to create the group of attendees if it has not yet been created. NOTICE: You need to select a group to continue the PDF generation process.
• The Sort pages by select lets you choose whether you want the pages of the document to be sorted by attendees' first names or surnames.
• Select the Template you created with the features of the Edit PDF Template tab.
• Provide the name of the generated PDF file (no spaces or special characters) in the last field in this line. To initiate PDF file generation, hit the Create file button.
• Above the table, there are tools that allow you to limit the amount of displayed records (Show N record(s) per page) and search them by keywords.
• The File name column contains generated files' names to help you find the one you are looking for.
• The column Group of attendees contains the name of the group this file was generated for.
• The Template column contains the template used to generate the file and the link to open this file in the editor.
• The next column contains information about the number of Pages in this document. It is equal to the number of attendees in the group this file was created for.
• The Changes report column contains a button you can click to check if the file was generated properly and if the application made any changes to the file (e.g. scaling selected fonts).
• The column Created contains the timestamp of the file.
• The last column houses three icons that let you manage the records. Most importantly, you can download the file with the Download PDF icon.
