Sender's settings

Sender is the e-mail address that the application uses to send all outgoing messages created with the Mailings module, all registration confirmations, transaction confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and any messages generated by the Surveys module.
If you selected an account hosted on an external server, use the Send a test message button to send a test message to your CONREGO user account e-mail address from the e-mail account configured above.

DKIM key for your domain

The Sign with DKIM key option is a completely optional tool used to improve the credibility of messages sent by the application.

Enabling the DKIM signature (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
is not mandatory but may prove useful. If you want to ensure your mailings reach as many recipients as possible, then enabling the DKIM signature will improve the http://mail-tester.com rating of messages sent by the system by one point. Test your messages by sending them from the system to any e-mail address provided by the mail tester.

E-mail sending modes

The system sends messages in two modes:

• Instantly - messages are sent immediately after certain actions (e.g. when an attendee completes registration). Messages sent in this mode are: registration confirmation, confirmation of transaction, and any messages sent by the Surveys module.
• With delay - messages are scheduled for sending or the moment they are to be sent is determined by time. Messages sent in this mode are: Mailings, payment reminders, and registration cancellations. In this mode, messages are sent in five minute intervals in batches of 50 messages.
