The detailed report shows you which messages have been sent and which are yet to be sent. This may be of use when, for instance, an anttendee calls you and asks why they had not received their certificate yet. Thanks to the detailed report, we can check delivery status and determine what the issue may be. It may turn out that the large number of messages caused some of them to be delayed by a long time or that there was an error, in which case you should check the E-mail Settings or SMS Settings sections.
