The group management interface changes with the actions you take.

• The Create new group button opens up a panel containing the filters:
  - status of registration that lets you only select the records with chosen statuses,
  - keyword to filter the registrations that have, for instance, a certain e-mail domain (type @domainname.com and check the effect),
  - category to place different categories in separate record groups.
• The Open saved group button lets you open an existing group to view its content and save it with a different name.
  NOTICE: names of groups must be unique!
• On this screen, apart from the filter panel, there is a panel that displays the records fulfilling the selected criteria.
• Below that panel, you can find a text field (used to provide the name of the group you are about to create) and the Save group button. Entering the name and saving the group will cause the system to create the group that you can use later.
• The interface also features a set of functional icons:
  - - reverse selection of all the records in the group preview panel,
  - - reset selection of records in the group preview panel,
  - - moves the records selected in the group preview pnel to the clipboard,
  - - open the clipboard,
  - - activates a group selecct field and two buttons: Remove attendees and Add attendees. This function allows you to quickly add or substract the records of an existing group to/from the records in the group preview panel.
  
  Example: You have a group A and you want to send them a mailing but since the moment you created that group, some of its attendees have cancelled their registrations. If you create a group B containing cancelled registrations, then you can use the Remove attendees button to remove group B records from the group preview panel containing group A records. Save the resulting group as group C and send the mailing to that group.
