At the very top of the survey sheet, there is the author's name and the title of the survey. You can also find here a select field that lets you pick the status of this survey, and two buttons that allow you to send a message to the author and save any changes made to the survey.

Notice: changing the status using this select field and saving changes does not cause the system to send corresponding confirmations.

Below, there are four panels containing survey details:

• Survey Form - the interface of this panel lets you edit all the survey data with the use of form fields made in the Surveys: Form section.
• Administrators' & Reviewers' Comments - in this panel, you can browse the comments added by system administrators and reviewers as well as add your own comment by clicking the add comment button.
• Confirmations - this panel contains the list of any qualification or disqualification confirmations sent to this author. You can click the link to view the messages. The panel also features two buttons that let you send confirmations of approval or rejection and change the survey status to approved or not approved.
• Marks given by reviewers - below this header, you will find an exhaustive list of Reviewers. Next to each reviewer's name, there is a select field with a partial mark (1 to 10 scale) that is a base to calculate the average grade. The average grade can be seen in the header of this panel and in the table in the Reports: Surveys section. If the option Automatically assign surveys to reviewers based on their selected categories and send them notifications about new submissions in the Processing section is disabled, a checkbox is visible next to each reviewer. Marking them and saving changes will cause the system to assign this survey to selected reviewers and send them notifications about new surveys.
