This section is made of five tabs corresponding to five types of messages used in communication with reviewers and survey authors:

• Thank You Message - this is the website page displayed after submitting the survey. Beside any useful information for the author, we usually place the summary of survey here. You can do it easily thanks to Variable tags referring to form fields. You can freely adapt this page's layout using the editor.
• Message to the Author - in this tab, you can edit the message that is sent to the author after they submit a survey.
• Message to the Reviewer - in this tab, you can edit the message that is sent to reviewers to inform them of a new survey awaiting moderation. You can add reviewers in the Reviewers tab.
• Confirmation of Approval - this mail is sent to the author automatically once the system administrator approves the survey.
• Confirmation of Rejection - this mail is sent to the author automatically once the system administrator rejects the survey.

To assist you, we equipped this section with a default HTML templates of messages. You can edit HTML code as you like using following functions:

• The language selector (labeled selected language) lets you switch the editor to show this message for different language versions. Please note that you should Save any changes before switching to another language version as this refreshes the page and any unsaved changes will be lost.
• Enter your desired Subject of the message into the corresponding field.
• The Reply to field lets you select one of the recipient addresses you added in the E-mail Settings section. Caution: if you leave this field empty, all replies will be directed to the sender address and, consequently, unavailable to you.
• In the field Send copy to, you can provide an e-mail address that the system will be sending copies of confirmation messages to.
• The biggest part of this interface features a content editor powered by a popular open source library, TinyMCE. It allows for both easy and complex editing of every subpage's content. This editor is also present in other CONREGO modules. You can use it both as a visual editor and as HTML code editor (< > icon)
• The Variable tags panel contains a grouped set of buttons inserting survey form field tags into the editor.
• For the form field and survey field tags you may choose to use a plain tag or a tag with the |withlabel modifier. The former will be realized as plain value of the field (e.g. [rf02#email] tag will be realized as support@conrego.com), while the latter [rf02#email|withlabel] will display the value of the field together with its label (E-mail: support@conrego.com). It is worth noting that a tag with the |withlabel modifier will only display any content if the field contains any value. For instance, when an attendee does not provide you with their name (because form configuration allows that), the tag [rf02#name|withlabel] will not be realized at all.

Remember to Save any alterations for the edited language version.
